Moving Assistance (subject to eligibility and payer rules)
For people moving from a shelter, institution, or provider‑operated home into a lease of their own, we can help with one‑time move costs (typically up to $3,000), such as:
Security deposits & application fees
Essential household items (bed, table, kitchenware, linens)
Utility set‑up (electricity, heat, water)
Basic accessibility supports (e.g., grab bars)
Housing Sustaining
Create a support & safety plan
Help with recertifications, renewals, and benefits
Coaching on home care and good‑tenant practices
Early landlord mediation to prevent eviction
