About Our Founder – Elizabeth Ongeri, RN
Elizabeth Ongeri is a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years. She founded Safe Bridge to make the help individuals become more independent. With a double major in Nursing and Family Social Science, Elizabeth blends clinical insight with a deep understanding of family systems and community supports.

Mission
At Safe Bridge LLC, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and older adults to lead self-directed lives in their own homes and communities. Led by an experienced Registered Nurse, we provide the expert guidance and clinical insight necessary to navigate the transition to Community First Services and Supports (CFSS).

Who We Serve
Safe Bridge LLC serves participants across Minnesota who are eligible for CFSS through:
Medical Assistance (MA).
Alternative Care (AC) Program.
Waiver Programs (CADI, BI, CAC, DD, EW).
Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for eligible students.
We support people of all ages—from children with special needs to older adults—who require assistance with daily tasks to remain in their homes.
Our Approach: Person-Centered Advocacy
Our approach is rooted in the "Person-Centered Planning" mandate of Minnesota Statute § 256B.85.
You Lead the Process: We ensure you direct the planning process to the maximum extent possible.
Unbiased Information: As your consultant, we remain strictly neutral. We don't tell you which agency or model to choose; we give you the facts so you can decide for yourself.
Convenience and Respect: We meet with you at times and locations that work for you—whether that is in person, via video, or over the phone.
Cultural Responsiveness: We tailor our communication to your preferred language and cultural values. We provide translation and American Sign Language (ASL) services at no cost to you.
